Our role is to provide expert recommendations, coordinate with vetted contractors, and ensure work aligns with best practices—all contractor selections and agreements remain the client’s decision. Services include site walkthroughs and HIZ–based risk scoring, scope and bid development, permit assistance, contractor coordination, photo/documentation for insurers, and final verification. We also build fire-adaptive operations for HOAs—maintenance calendars, vendor SOPs, resident education, and funding/rebate navigation—so improvements last.
